High current sensor tester is a device used to test and determine the performance and accuracy of current measuring sensors, especially high current sensors.
With the requirements and characteristics of the sensor circuit, ARV has researched and designed the machine with the following characteristics:
1. High current measurement capability: The machine is capable of generating or testing very large current levels, often far exceeding those of conventional measuring devices.
2. High accuracy: The equipment is often designed with high precision to ensure that the sensors being tested meet the correct technical standards.
3. Integrated multiple functions: In addition to measurement, high current sensor testers can integrate other functions such as calibration, data logging, and measurement result analysis.
4. Customization and programming capabilities: Many high current sensor testers allow the user to program test parameters, making them easily customizable to a specific sensor type or application.

The system will include 3 main parts
1.High current source:
– Use 12V 105Ah battery to accurately describe the working environment of the sensor
– To ensure sufficient power supply to continuously test many products, the system uses 3 batteries, automatically controlling the opening and closing based on battery voltage.
– The battery charging circuit is also programmed to automatically charge based on voltage while the battery is not working
2. Electronic load:
– Used to simulate current consumption load
– The system’s electronic load uses up to 500W, can be tested with 40A current at 12V voltage
– Can communicate with the program to control the increase or decrease of the test current during the test
3. Measuring and calibrating sensors:
– Use DMM combined with high-precision Shunt resistor to measure actual current consumption
– Communicate with sensor to read measured sensor value
– Based on actual results and sensor measurements, perform calculations with calibration algorithm and then load new parameters to sensor
– Fixture automatically connects power source to sensor, has safety sensor to ensure safety when operating with high current devices
